Presentation Night Results

James Magner took home the 2011 Neil Bencraft Best & Fairest award last night infront of 160 people last night at Sandy by the Bay. Magner lead from start to finish to cap off a wonderful year for the hardnut midfielder where he averaged 30 disposals, 9 clearances and 4 tackles per game, Magner polled votes in 15 of his 18 games and clearly won with 110 votes.

2nd was St Kilda listed Andrew McQualter who claimed 70 votes, McQualter polled in 7 of his 8 games at the Zebs and like Magner averaged close to 30 disposals and 4 tackles per game, McQualters ball use in sometimes average conditions was all class.

Tied for 3rd on 65 votes were the two Toms. Tommy Lynch and Tommy Simpkin. Lynch played 12 games for the Zebs while Simpkin (who came runner up in last years count) played 16. Both were pushed into the St Kilda senior side at times throughout the year and both look capable footballers.
