Gardner Vaughan Group – the new beginning

The Mayne Football Club is extremely pleased to announce a new Major Sponsorship arrangement with long term friends of the club in Guy Gardner and Darryl Vaughan. Guy and Darryl have supported the Tigers through the Junior and Senior club for over 20 years through GVG Design Construct but more recently this has been by way of a Major Sponsorship of the senior club for the last 8 years.

In a wonderful extension of this relationship, Gardner Vaughan Group will take over the Major Sponsor’s position for the Tigers for a further 3 years through to the end of 2021 with the prospect of another 3 years at the conclusion of the current period. This provides the Mayne Tigers with tremendous certainty and financial security around this important function.

Tigers President Russell Ditchburn has expressed his sincere appreciation of this ongoing support and wholeheartedly thanks Guy, Darryl and the Gardner Vaughan Group for their continued commitment to the club.

Gardner Vaughan Group Managing Director Guy Gardner has advised, “We offer our support of this wonderful sporting club that provides an environment where our young men and women can gain life and social skills, community spirit and comradery, not only within Mayne but in the whole of the football and local community. Gardner Vaughan Group has a product that can connect with the Mayne Tigers community.”

GVG Design Construct and Gardner Vaughan Group have now embraced a new direction as a Builder Developer rather than being an independent builder and an independent developer. The new focus is about recognition that Gardner Vaughan Group produces a product, luxury residential apartments, which are sold to customers. Our brand promise is that the Gardner Vaughan Group elevates the joy of living in beautiful, intelligent homes that people love living in. They measure their success in the strength of relationships and the positive experiences of their customers.

A good analogy to their Builder Developer model is a car manufacturer like BMW/Mercedes by making the following promises:

We have identified our market as the smaller, quality market, without trying to be a Ferrari or Lamborghini.

Our design team prototypes our product to ensure market acceptance, functionality and style.

Our construction processes must be like a quality controlled production line where every item is carried out with precision.
