Season 2016

Tigers family

The 2016 season is nearly upon us and and the Tigers  have swung into training with the swagger of a premiership under the belt.

Last weekend the Lingy Cup was played and saw a nailbiting finish between the Big V and the Allstars. The All stars who had one hand on the trophy choked in the final overs and handed the victory to the Big V. There are some big egos in the Big V and we will now have to put up with their banter for the rest of the season. The fashion stakes was one by the All stars who spent a fortune on their uniforms($8.99 at K mart) Kelly handed the trophy over to the jubilant winners who vowed to keep their ascendancy alive by smashing the All stars again in 2017.

On the subject of football has commenced on the usual Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6-6:30 NSW time. Tuesdays is currently at Cabarita headland. Thursdays at the spiritual home of Australian Rules- Potty Olympic stadium.

Registrations continue to be an ongoing headache. Players must locate/remember the email address they used last year and register online via the link provided, use that email address and new password that was emailed to them.. Transfers and new players to the game need to see Mark and Josh at training.
