Coaching Staff Announced for 2019
Coaching Positions Announced for 2019
The Campbelltown Australian Football Club would like to announce our coaching selections for senior teams for 2019.
Men's First Grade: Chris Hunt
Men's First Assistant Coach: Chris Fretwell
Towards the back end of the 2018 season things had starte to come together for the Blues despite some narrow loses against opposition considerably higher on the ladder. Both Chris' lost no time in planning for 2019 looking to lure past players back to the club and already setting the standards required for the 2019 season!
Women's First Grade: Brian Kershaw
Although not appointed as a senior coach in 2018 Brian was the Junior Development Officer and through that roles extended his knowledge to the Ingleburn Magpies u17's assisting them throughout the year. After narrowly missing out on finals in 2018, the Campbelltown AFC believed Brian has what it takes to take the Blues Women into a final campaign in 2019!
Men's Reserves: Jerrod Quick
2018 was a bit of a let down for the Reserves, not through lack of effort for the dedicated few. But that was the problem. Step in Jerrod Quick. After 2 complete years at the helm of coaching the Women, those few initial women became many who bonded together and played for the club and each other. Jerrod's coaching ethic and team bonded orientation towards the game is what the club identified as required for the Reserves and growth for all lies awaiting in the new step for Jerrod in his development as a coach.
Under 19's: Rob Woolnough
Rob returns to the u19's helm ready to pull his young players into line. After a strong start in 2018, life got into the way and it saw a poor finish for their season. With school behind the majority of the boys and Robs's new approach, he looks to take on the finals in 2019!
