NQ United FC - Skill Acquisition Program (SAP)

NQ United are proud to offer the FFA endorsed Skill Acquisition Program SAP

NQ United will provide a program that is appealing to the 9-12 years old athletes referred to as the Golden Age, this age group is recognised as the ideal time for learning because of the brains plasticity to receive information, the theory of learning at this age group is used on many levels requiring expertise, including music, language and a range of other sports and it is widely recognised that information received during this period stays with the student for life.

SAP will provide your child with the opportunity to develop core based skills and game understanding in an environment suited to learning, young players will improve technically and tactically while improving the skills to keep possession and understand combination play and the importance of teamwork.

Let the game be the teacher in 1v1 2v1 and 3v1 situations where many decisions are made by the athletes to achieve success, our program is designed around achievable outcomes and repetition of the core skill set to provide an accelerated pathway of development.

Youth Development is “The kindling of a flame, not the filling of a vessel”

Appropriate football for the appropriate age.

I welcome all players to trial who have a dream to be the best they can be.

NQ United will release further information over the coming weeks outlining commitment and costs associated with this program.

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
