U13's Cats/Roosters today played against the unbeaten Cardiff Hawks with a strong effort but to go down by 32 points at Hillsborough oval.
The young cats/roosters where lead out today by Cameron Saunders who showed great courage and gutsy efforts to help his team where he could. Well done today Cam keep it up.
With Cats/Roosters keeping the pressure on for the first half really made the Hawks start to slow down. The last half I ask for the team to keep the pressure on to ensure they where there at the end but just wasn't enough. Still very proud of the team
Another great goal performance from Cameron Saunders kicking 2 goals who dominates week in week out. Not forgetting to mention Chloe Martin and Bowen Flockhart helping on the score board. keep your work rate up guys really impressed well done.
Was good to see Conor Thornberry back in the team after breaking his arm in round 2. He settled back into team nicely doing the ruck work all day. Welcome back Conor.
The level of footy stepping up each week, it's awesome to see our smallest / youngest players Ethan Howe and Cody Watts getting involved and improving on there game each week well done boys.
Awards this week went to Nick Pettit, Ethan Howe, Darcy Saunders and Luke betts solid efforts well done guys.
