The Club saw no reason to yell from the roof tops, not because we were not pleased ... but every one enjoys a little secret from time to time. Of course at 198cm and having kicked 80 goals last season he is a fairly imposing secret to hold back.
It is great news for the Club, but not the only news. While Brayden returns and again will look to terrify full backs we have other entirely new faces a the Club that will be running out as GIANTS in Premier Divisions for the first time this season.
Those players come from:
- WA
- Victoria
- other Premier Div Clubs in Sydney / NSW
- and up from our local juniors
The Club faces its third year competing at the top level in Sydney footy and it appears again we are not flag favourites. That is fine, we just want to be the favourite Club of the Supporters, and Players like Brayden, James Brain, Connor Pettersson and the like that made the decisions about where they wanted to play. The Manly Warringah GIANTS wants to be both a pathway and a destination Club. With Ty Armitage and Lachlan Kilpatrick in the VFL that shows the pathway. Brayden, Connor and James shows that you are always welcomed back.
