Kindy Program 2017

St Christopher’s Football Club (Saints FC) has been accredited by Football Federation Australia (FFA) under the AIA Miniroos Kickoff Program for this year.

As such this year our Kindy Program is being run under this banner.

What does this mean for you?

Well nothing is really changing except you will receive a player’s pack, registration and payment is online, your fee still includes players uniform (socks shorts and playing shirt.) and they provide coaching resources e.g., structured training plans.

Also a face to face registration day (still carried out online) will be held at Panania Diggers Club on Saturday 18th February from 10am to 2pm.

You are more than welcome to come down on the 18th and ask any questions you might have about the program before you register.

Please note that this Saturday is the deadline for returning players to register before we advertise for others to register with a maximum of 64 players only for this season.

We will have a meet & greet evening at Marco Reserve at the end of March or early April around 5.30pm on a Thursday, where teams, coaches & team coordinators will be finalised and hopefully all the uniforms and player’s packs will be handed out.

Note: Program is limited to 64 players.

Cost:

$60.00 includes shorts, socks and playing shirt.

Duration:

1st game is on 22nd April to August date dependant on the number of washout weekends we need to catch up on. (14 weeks playing)

Where:

Marco Reserve cnr Marco & Homelea Ave Panania.

When:

Saturday Mornings at 9.30am (approximately 45mins to 1 Hour)

Required:

Shin Pads mush be worn, boots are optional but are advised (available from Rebel or Amart)

Format:

8 Teams (Depends on total number of registered players but with max 8 players per team)

Season Draw all teams to play each other at least twice.

Warmup Drills (15mins) followed by a small sided game (10mins each way with 5 min half time break)

Two teams each week from the draw will be trained by myself or another certified coach for the first 15mins.

Each team will have a team coordinator and a coach or coaches (volunteers from Parents)

Sports Grounds - Field Availability Line - 1300 655 180

This line is updated twice a day during the week (if required) at 9am & 2pm

And daily on weekends (only if required) at
8am

If you experience problems with the Field Availability Line, contact Council on 9707 9999 and ask for Facilities Bookings Officer (business hours) or Customer Service (after hours).

Once a field is closed by Council, no sporting clubs or associations have any authority to approve the use of sporting grounds.
