Ground Set up – note at least two parents from each team please

 

7am to 8am -- Set up -- Grade 11 Team 2

 

Canteen duties this weekend – Need 1 adult for BBQ, 1 for Ground Manager and 2 for canteen please

8am to 9.30am -- Canteen/BBQ -- Grade 11 Team 1

12.30pm to 2.30pm -- Canteen/BBQ – All Age Mens Div 9

2.30pm to 5pm -- Canteen/BBQ/Pack Up -- All Age Mens Div 6

 

While we understand that everyone is busy, ALL teams are obligated to provide volunteers for duty if they are rostered on.  The club is run by volunteers and it should not be left up to the same few each week.  Coaches and Managers, especially those of the older junior teams, should stress to their parents that they are required to be helping when possible. 

 

 

Ground Clean up

 

If you are rostered on to pack up it is our responsibility to leave the ground clean and tidy

 

If teams are leaving behind a mess BDAFA have asked that we take a picture and let them know of what club and team – send this information to me trevor@atms.com.au and I will look after it

 

CAN ALL TEAMS PLEASE NOT ERECT NETS IN GOAL MOUTHS AND TRAIN IN THIS AREA YOU ARE SERIOUSLY ERODING THE PLAYING SURFACE

ALSO IF YOU OPEN UP THE TOILET BLOCKS AT TRAINING PLEASE CLOSE THEM AGAIN – WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM!
