SURF COAST FC HOSTS SOUTHERN HUB MINIROOS THIS SUNDAY 15 JUNE
This Sunday we are hosting the Southern Hub MiniRoos at the Jig (Banyul Warri Reserve).
We will be using the two new grass pitches for the first time. See attachment for pitch layout plus times for matches.
We have entered a third U7 team Surf Coast Orange, which has a bye this week.
HELP REQUIRED
Pitch Set Up and Pack Down
There will be a crew of helpers meeting at 7:15am on Sunday morning to set up all the pitches (10 in total). We are meeting at this early time in order to finish by 8:00am and put the England v Italy game on the big screen upstairs in the club room. (The first hub games start at 9:00am.) We will also need helpers at 12:00 noon to assist in packing up all of the cones, goals and corner flags.
Canteen
There will also be helpers required for the canteen. Each team needs to have some representation throughout the morning. Please go to the canteen and offer assistance when you can. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Merchandise
Colin Paton will be selling some SCFC Adidas merchandise tomorrow night (Friday) at training between 5pm and 6pm. We have a limited number, but will order more in depending on demand.
