The inaugural Icon Water WWFC Academy details are now available.
Who
The Academy is for NPL, and Division 1 and 2 players from Weston Molonglo F.C., Woden Valley S.C. and Woden Weston F.C..
All players from under 10s to under 18s are encouraged to attend.
When
The Academy starts in Term 4, Monday, 12 October, and runs for eight weeks till Thursday, 3 December.
What
• Two sessions a week for eight weeks
• FFA Curriculum based training
• Qualified coaches from all three clubs
Each child participating will also receive a training top.
The focus is on assisting players from WWFC, Weston Molonglo FC and Woden Valley to develop in the right environment. For the older age groups (U13-U18), the Academy provides the opportunity to hone skills in preparation for season 2016.
For players from WMFC and WVSC there is chance to demonstrate their suitability for selection in the NPL/WPL. Consequently, the Academy operates as an ongoing trial for WWFC with a focus on development of local players.
Players from other clubs at this age group must participate in the Academy to be considered for selection.
Registration and cost
Register via My Football Club selecting the Summer Academy Club members package for WWFC, Weston-Molonglo or Woden Valley players. You must register by Wednesday, 23 September.
Registrations may be accepted after that date and before the commencement of the Academy.

The cost is $150 for players of WWFC, Weston Molonglo and Woden Valley (and $200 for players external to our three clubs.
