LLBC January 2013 Bullitin

Dear All Parents and Players,

The committee hopes you have had a good Christmas break and are ready to take on the remainder of the summer 2013 season. We hope it is successfully and enjoyable and most of all lots of fun.

The committee is looking into continuing to grow the clubs coaching and support structures and we will keep you informed of any changes. We intend to open up one of the training nights to include discussions and information about how people can get more involved in making the club successful and to continue it’s growth. We will let you know of details when they are available.

Keeping a club running requires a number of resources to be made available including the hire of the training facilities and the purchase and continued upkeep of equipment as well as other over-heads. The committee has been looking into the best way to continue to deliver these resources and it has been decided that a club membership of $30 per season will be initiated from the start of the 2013 winter season.

Although there are a few weeks of the summer season remaining the winter season will come around fairly quickly. To start looking at the teams for the upcoming winter season we would like to get an indication of who will be playing. Could you please fill in the information section on the printed bullitin supplied to you by your team manager and return it to your Team Manager no later than your match on the week of Monday 11th February.

Don’t forget to keep looking at the clubs website (Lakers.CorioBayBasketball.com) and facebook page (Leopold Lakers Basketball Club) to keep up with any club information.

If you have any question or suggestions regarding the club please have a chat to your Team Manager, a committee member or email the club on (Leopold LakersBC@gmail.com)

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
