2018 Registration

Team Registrations Now Open

This year we have invited teams from 2017 to register for the 2018 season. If your team wishes to register together, one team contact is to email registrar@subiacobbc.com.au with the following information:

  • Team grade and division (eg Girls U14, div 2)
  • Name, email and mobile number of the coach and manager
  • Whether you require a training court

The Registrar will then email back your team code and the registration link. You then forward this to all players to register.

Individual Registrations open on the 4th Feb

For renewing members all your current details will be uploaded onto your registration form. If your child was a player in 2017, you have been allocated a login and password. If you cannot remember your username and password from last season, please follow the prompts on the website. Your username and password will then be emailed to the email address you used to register.

If you are unable to retrieve your details (ie, your email address has changed), contact the Club Registrar: registrar@subiacobbc.com.au


Individual Registration Information

This year we have several volunteers assisting with Registration. The registration form will allow you to provide playing experience, school and any friends you wish to play with. Registrars will access this information to form teams.

U8 Miniball Registration:

Due to court availability, we will only accept registrations for Tuesday afternoon U8 miniball from player who are in Year 2 in 2018. U8 Miniball begins on May 2nd.



Kidsport Registration

Eligible applicants must email Registrar@subiacobbc.com.au and forward a completed voucher. A separate registration link will then be sent.  For more information go to DSR - KidSport Info


Coaches and Managers:

A successful season needs volunteers! Our team coaches are parents, older siblings, friends and past players. The club does not have a pool of coaches or managers to allocate to teams so it is up to each team to find a coach and team manager.

We provide coaching assistance with free “coach the coach” sessions planned prior to the season start and ongoing support throughout the season. If you would like to coach or manage a team, please select this option during the registration process. We would love to have you assist create a positive basketball experience for your kids in 2017.

Committee Volunteers URGENTLY Needed

To ensure the success of the 2018 season, we need volunteers for the following roles:

Secretary – this role organises the executive level of the club. Booking meetings and sending out communications etc. This role is vital for the execution of club governance.

Treasurer – those of you with some knowledge or experience in accounting, bookkeeping or even small business would find this role easy however even this is not critical.

Coaching Co-ordinator/s – the coaching co-ordinator is responsible for communications with coaches and team managers as well as looking after court bookings. This role is vital to the operation of the club throughout the season.

Other roles/services – the are events throughout the year that require a short-term assistance to complete the tasks. For those that can only afford to donate their time on a periodic basis this may be an option. We are currently looking for people who can update websites and document writers.
