A clean sweep for Werribee Centrals Netballers this week with some very high scoring games which with will boost their percentages. The Under 15's recording their 1st win for the season finally bearing fruit for their great efforts each weekend fantastic to finally claim 4 points.
A Grade
Werribee Centrals 79 v. Geelong West 12
Centrals A Grade came out ready to play from the first whistle and continued to control the play throughout the court all day. The Ward sisters were in fine form with their fast play and accurate goaling as they were just too classy for their opposition. Casey Price (GD) was outstanding this week as well with her great driving down the court. Danni Stewart (Assistant Coach/Player) set a few different centre court combinations this week which all proved to work well. Hailey Sildatke (WD) was Centrals best with her great vertical leaps claiming many interceptions all over the court. Centrals A Grade played out the game at the same high level that they started with to come home with the points.

B Grade
Werribee Centrals 49 v. Geelong West 8
Werribee Centrals B Grade played four consistent quarters this week with the goaling combinations all working well. Centrals defence worked hard all game to keep the oppositions shots at goal to a minimum resulting in the scoreline. Leigh Stewart (GD & GK) was Centrals best with her tight defensive work and combined with Millie Hudson & Amanda Wilson the Geelong West goalers didn't stand a chance. With the welcomed return of Emma Maycock Centrals centre court continue to be dominant providing space and drive down the centre court. Another great performance and a great team effort this week.

C Grade
Werribee Centrals 50 v. Geelong West 25
Centrals C grade started off well with some quick goals from Ellie Tubbs to give them a good lead by half time. With the score 26 to 10 going into the third quarter Centrals were able to play some controlled netball with Alison Ashley (GK) having a great game in defence. Mel Cuthbert (C & WA) played a consistent game alongside Rily Dorgan. A great team effort throughout the four quarters and Centrals were happy to come away with the win.

D Grade
Werribee Centrals 43 v. Geelong West 14
Centrals D Grade had a good first half which set the play for the rest of the game. Shanade Tronson (GA) had another good game with her accurate shooting. Rosslyn Clay (WD) was Centrals best though with her great defensive pressure all over the court.Centrals claimed each quarter with ease with all 10 players putting in 100% and making the win so much better.

Under 17's
Werribee Centrals 51 v. Geelong West 3
Centrals took control from the first whistle and never allowed Geelong West to take part in the game. Centrals goaling combination were strong with Clarissa Melilli shooting 33 goals for the game. Melissa Bragg & Bethany Lipsombe were outstanding against the Geelong West goalers never giving them an inch. With all eight players playing their part Centrals Under 17's were able to come away with this easy win.

Under 15's
Werribee Centrals 36 v. Geelong West 2
Centrals Under 15's have been training hard and finally their hard work has paid off as they improve every week. Centrals took control all over the court with their steady passes were able to get a quick lead. Centrals defence in Janelle Bragg & Kayla Govan worked tirelessly to keep the opposition goalers completely out of the game. Tarley Campbell (GS) had a great game and was backed up by Tayla Smith as goal attack. Centrals centre court in Sarah Hounsell, Kate Hounsell & Tylah Hickey all played a consistent 4 quarters and all playing their part in a fantastic team effort for the Under 15 girls in their first win for the season.

This weekends round of matches sees Centrals travel to Anakie in what will some great games against a rejuvenated Anakie club.
