Discussions at BBI Club delegates meeting on Junior competition for 2014 that all coaches, managers and parents should be aware of -
President Sue Jarvis and Secretary Jenny Kohout attended the BBI Club delegates on 11th March 2014 and we wish to pass on to you some relevant information from that meeting.

• The first 2 rounds of the Championship season played March 21/22 & 28/29 will be the last opportunity for Clubs to ensure that teams and players are playing in the correct grade for their ability.  We can make changes by moving teams or individual players, but after Easter when the Championship season recommences teams will be set and the full draw should be done.
**Reminder that players can sub up to a higher division in their age group 2 times, if they play up 3 times they must stay in the higher division. This does not apply for players who play in a higher age group.   Div 1 players from lower age groups can play lower divisions in higher age groups. Eg.  Div 1 players from U12 are permitted to play lower divisions in U14.

• BBI will make available a list of uniform colours for teams so that clashes can be avoided. If your team is playing a team wearing the same colour, please remember the first team on the scoresheet has to change.  Please see Di early in the week to arrange for spare uniforms. The referee's require 1 team to wear a light colour and the other to wear dark.

• All Saturday games will be played at BBI Auchenflower unless there is a clash with other events. If that happens some games will be played at Centenary High School.

• Friday night games will be played at BBI Auchenflower, BBC Toowong, Churchie East Brisbane & Kedron High School. The games will be 55min, and last games at Churchie will start at 8.40pm, and at BBC & Kedron 8.45pm. The overflow venue will be Centenary State High School.

• The meeting was told that Referee education is ongoing and all are working hard to improve standards and supply enough referee's. There have been some incidents of poor behaviour towards Referee's already this year. Please remember the Codes of conduct we all abide by.
• BBI has produced a You Tube video which explains their electronic Stadium scoring system.  It can be accessed on the BBI website by following the links from Home - Admin - online training or click here. Scorers  please brush up before the Championship season starts. Scoring rules are also posted on score benches.
