Payment Options information for all club members
The Ginninderra Rats Basketball Club member payment options are listed below. The Clubs preferred option is for members to pay upfront at the time of registration in Sporting Pulse. This method helps reduce processing time and workload for Club volunteers.
Note: All member fees must be paid in full or initial payment paid as part of a payment plan in order for a player to take the court for the season.
Upfront Payment via Sporting Pulse upon registration (Preferred Method)
All payments made using this method will incur a 3.9% Non Refundable Sporting Pulse Processing Fee. In consideration of this extra fee the Club has reduced the base membership cost for the 2017 seasons.
This option requires additional administrative processing for the Club. If you use this option you will be charged the same fees for an Electronic Funds Transfer/Direct Credit payment option.
Payment plan payment schedule
The first payment of the plan will be required upon initial setup when received by firstname.lastname@example.org. There will be two monthly payments thereafter scheduled for the 15th of each month. Only under exceptional circumstances will a personalised payment plan be allowed as this require extra processing and administration time. An example would be families with multiple players.
Juniors - $105 upfront, $100 monthly for two months (for one player)
Under 10s - $105 upfront, $75 monthly for two months (for one player)
If you owe the Club any monies from previous seasons, unless an agreed payment plan is in place, then you or your child will not be able to play. Please contact email@example.com if you need information on how to make a payment.
