Sunshine Coast Junior AFL


AFL Sunshine Coast Juniors organises all our Junior competitions and oversees Coach Education, Umpiring, Auskick and the many areas of our great game on the Sunny Coast.

It also runs representative and talent programs that provide further opportunities for those showing promise or interest.

Gold Coast Suns

The Gold Coast Suns are the newest kid on the AFL Queensland block and have a host of exciting young players who they hope will take them to long term success.

Breaker's juniors could well learn from a player like Suns Captain Gary Ablett who plays skilled, fair football in his leadership role.

Brisbane Lions

The Brisbane Lions are Queenslands oldest AFL Club, being a merged entity from the old Brisbane Bears and one of Melbournes oldest and traditional club's Fitzroy.

With great success early in the 2000,s under Premiership Coach Leigh Matthews, the Brisbane Lions are often seen on the Sunny Coast via player camps and coaching clinics.
