Age: 41

Place of Birth: Normandy, France

History as a Player: Jérémie currently plays for East Coast Bays open Division 2. When he was a child he played for AS Romagny and AS Mortain in France. In New Zealand historically Jérémie played for AFC Manurewa and Three Kings United.

History as a Coach:  Prior to working at East Coast Bays Jérémie has worked and coached for various football clubs and sports organisations throughout Auckland. Auckland Football Federation, Eastern Suburbs AFC, Kristin School and Liston College are some of them.  

Jérémie adopts a new coaching approach where players can express themselves in a structured environment.

Philosophy:  Jérémie believes that if everyone works together without the egos we can accomplish the most as players and coaches.  Jérémie’s first coaching position was in 2011 at East Coast Bays FC so he is delighted to be back at his local club and is excited about the opportunity to make a difference.

Purpose:  Jérémie’s plan is to develop, support and guide our girls’ coaches so that all players, at all levels, have a positive and consistent experience as they progress through their grades.  Jérémie’s objectives are also to promote the club, recruit for new players, retain existing players and support club members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Sports & Recreation (Double Major in Coaching & Physical education)

- Coerver Coaching Youth Football Diploma

- Senior Level 1 & 2 Football Coaching Award

- Youth Level 1, 2 & 3 Football Coaching Award

- Junior Level 1, 2 & 3 Football Coaching Award
