Mums Mob in Turin - more despatches

Communications have been difficult over the last couple of days, the carrier pigeon got lost and intrepid reporter Clark Kent was wounded in action, resulting in evacuation to MASH 007 where he was operated on. He has now returned to (mostly) active service with his arm in a sling. Not sure if drinking arm.

From the disjointed information received it seems that the gallant lads lost a controversial game 2-1 to Calgary United Travelling FC. This was the game where Kent was wounded. They then played Sydney Foreign Legion in a feisty encounter. Not sure of score but think they lost. Apparently Bob Thomas claimed another goal, but the Dubious Goals Panel has yet to rule on that one.

A 2-2 draw with Alberta yesterday means hey have to win tomorrow (Thursday) to go through.

It is hoped reliable communications can be restored soon but it apparently Italian internet is as reliable as Italian governments. Not a good look but here's hoping
