Dear Safety Bay Football Club Youth Players,Parents & Supporters,
You are cordially invited to attend the Safety Bay Football Club Annual Youth End of Season Presentation
to be held at Main Function Room of the Gary Holland Community Centre, Kent Street, Rockingham on Monday 3 September 2012.
This evening will also commemorate the Club’s 30th year.
Please note Compulsory Player’s dress for evening is club polo shirt and black pants.
The following itinerary is programmed:
5:45 to 6:00pm – Doors open, club memorabilia display and old youth jumpers sale
6:00pm to 6:10pm – All to be seated. Players, Coaches and Team managers sit at team tables
6:15pm – Players served with light supper and soft drink
6:30pm – President’s Address then presentation schedule
8:45pm to 9:00pm – Presentation close
9:00pm to 9:30pm – Clean up and pack away.
Please note:
No alcohol is to be consumed and no smoking permitted within the confines of the centre, smoking areas will be available away from centre main and side entry.
Main function room has maximum of 300 persons capacity. 150 Parents/Supporters approx. seating (no tables) will be available around room perimeter. It is recommended that bottled drinking water be carried if desired. No foodstuffs will be permitted in Parents/Supporters seating areas.
