Club Coaches and Managers Meeting 2018

EVERY team (incuding NET Teams) must have a representative at this meeting. There are things to discuss and it's a great chance for you to meet our President, Lou D'Amico, and the rest of the Committee. All new Coaches and Managers will get a Club  Polo Shirt and Hoodie. Looking good!

After our Coaches and Managers Meeting we will be holding a FREE "Season Launch 2018" Sausage Sizzle for all Junior Players, Parents, Siblings, Supporters, Coaches and Managers.

It will run from 12 pm to 2 pm. Troy Anderson is the organiser for this event. For catering purposes Team Managers need to RSVP their team numbers to Troy by 5/4/18.

Troy's email is

No Adamstown Juniors Teams are to train on Adamstown Number 2 Field before 1/4/18. This includes the area beside the two shipping containers. Cricket holds the Summer Licence for the ground and we need to respect their wicket and stay off.

Our New Executive and Committee is as follows:

Louie D'Amico President
Troy Anderson Vice President
Kerry Conquest Secretary/Treasurer
Tony Moore, America Pati and Nichole Wiltshire- Committee
Daniel Alexander Public Officer
Club Accountant McGregor and McGregor Accountants
Club Legal Firm SWS Lawyers

We would still like to find someone from SSF or Inter district to take on the Secretary's job this season. Please consider whether you could take on this role as it would help immensely. We will give you every assistance to learn the job.

Coaches will be able to collect their balls and bibs at the Clubhouse from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Wednesday 21/3/18.

We are also looking for someone to be the Gear Steward. This entails a busy period up until the season starts and then not much to do again until the end of the season. There is plenty of gear in stock, it just needs to be sorted, and handed out. If you are an organised person this could be the job for you!

U6/U7 will receive a free ball and shin pads courtesy of Newcastle Football and Newcastle Perm. They will be available the week commencing 26/3/18. Watch this space for a date and time to call and pick them up for your team. How good is that?

A huge "Thank you" to Grill'd Kotara for our U6 Teams "End of Season Burger Bash" which was held last Wednesday at the Clubhouse. Maria and her team provided our players and parents with a healthy burger after the kids had enjoyed some small sided football. Kim Aplin is to be congratulated for coordinating the event. Grill'd Kotara also provided an end of season burger night for our 4 WPL Teams as well as "Awesome Effort Awards" for our U6 and WPL Players over the 2017 season. The Buds love "Grill'd Kotara", Maria and her team.
