TRAINING HAS RECOMMENCED!!!

Training recommenced for Seniors, Reserves & Youth Girls on Monday 24th January and we will be training on Monday & Wednesdays (6.30pm sharp) until the end of March at which time it will switch to Tuesday's and Thursday's.

On Monday nights for the first 5 weeks we have engaged the services of a professional running coach and feedback from from the players after the first session was fantastic.

With only 8 weeks to the commencement of the VWFL season (SATURDAY April 2nd) it is imperative you get to training as soon as humanly possible!
