Building Young Achievers - Youth Athlete Program

Bankstown Bulls are proud to be associated with the 'Building Young Achievers - Youth Athlete Program'.

The sessions will be independently run by fitness professionals from the 'Building Young Achievers' team, led by Bankstown Bulls representative and Personal Trainer Joey Safetly.

Bankstown Bulls is only getting bigger as a club and aim to become stronger as a family and stronger in football. The Bulls want to provide the best opportunity for young individuals to enhance their Rugby League skills and athletic ability.

Sessions will run Monday-Thursday, as well as a Saturday morning session.

Session Times:
4:00pm (Age 5-8)
5:00pm (Age 9-12)
6:00pm (Age 13+)

Stay tuned for start date and venue as final business regulations are being sorted out by the 'Building Young Achievers' team to ensure the safety of individuals.

Each training session will have a focus point in developing skills in strength, power, speed, agility, mobility and mental toughness. This will be supplemented with sport specific skills for application in game situations.
