Parramatta Junior League Statement on Weekend Incidents
Parramatta, June 6 2017:
Parramatta Junior League General Manager Matt Brady has today made comment regarding reports of two unsavoury incidents during this weekend’s competitions.
Matt Brady, Parramatta Junior League General Manager said that the Parramatta Junior League has a zero tolerance approach to incidents that go against the League’s values of providing a safe and enjoyable environment for volunteers, players and officials.
“We have been made aware of two allegations that, if proven, are unacceptable and will be dealt with efficiently under the NSW Rugby League code of conduct provisions,” Mr Brady said
“Penalties under these provisions can include deregistration, life bans and suspensions of teams or clubs from competition”.
As there is a current investigation underway, the League will not be making any further comment until the judiciary process has been completed.
