Mittagong Lions new coaching announcments

CAMERON Arlington is set to become the youngest first grade coach in Group 6 history.
Arlington, 26, has been announced as the new coach for the Mittagong Lions in 2016.
Arlington is one of four senior coaching changes at Mittagong.
Carl Davey and Sean Chapman will share the reins in reserve grade and Keiran Scott will coach the Lions under-18s.
Arlington said it was an exciting change for the Lions.
"We are moving in a new direction this year," he said.
The club held its first pre-season training session for 2016 last Tuesday.
There were more than 40 players present, a considerable rise on the first session last year when 16 footballers attended.
Among the group was a host of first grade hopefuls last Tuesday.
Arlington said he was "excited and terrified" to lead the Lions.
"There is a lot of pressure on me, but I am eager for us to get going.
"I think I am the youngest Group 6 first grade coach in history," he said.
Arlington said he wanted the Lions to play an open style game of rugby league.
He said central to his plans were young guns Regan Economos, Jake Mercieca, Erin Blackshaw, Mark Delamont and Ricky Garard.
"I want us to play a 'younger style', moving the ball side to side," Arlington said.
