2015 Bush V Beach - Sunday 8th March - Victoria Park, Picton

The Tournament

- The tournament will be made up of 6 sides, three from Group 6 and three from the Sutherland Shire Competition 
- All teams are to be registered with CRL or equivalent Governing League Bodies

- All players must be registered to their clubs before the tournament for insurance purposes

Entry Fee
- Club Entry Fee is $250 per club
- Gate entry fee is $5 for all adults including players and club representatives
- All money to be in two weeks before tournament date

Rules and Penalties
- At least One official from each club shall attend a meeting on game day, Sunday the 8th at 11.30, in club house before first game commences
- All games to follow International rules
- An official from each club to attend each game played by their club
- An official from host club present at each game
- There will be a five minute break between the end and start of each game
- If a draw is the result in any game the winner will be the first try scorer, if no try scored first penalty

Each Team
- Each team will have a maximum of 20 players per game
- Each club can register a maximum of 30 players for the Competition. Players must be registered at least 30 minutes before their first game

- Interchange will be unlimited in all games

Code of Conduct
- Players, club affiliates and supporters are to be advised that behaviours deemed to be inappropriate by Grounds staff will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the grounds

Ground Facilities
- Victoria Park is located on Menangle Street in Picton
- On site and street parking for cars and busses is available, access via Menangle Street
- Canteen, Coffee and Bar facilities will be available at the ground for the duration of the tournament
- Change rooms will be made available to all teams during the day and are to be kept clean. Bags and gear are not to be stored in the change rooms. It is your clubs responsibility to arrange appropriate storage of such items for your team
