The 2016 Down Syndrome CHARITY CUP
Brothers Juniors host Down Syndrome Charity Cup
Sat 13th August against Pine Central Holy Spirit

For the past two season Brothers Juniors have been raising funds for the Down Syndrome Association of Queensland by dedicating one of their fixture games as a means to do so and play for the Down Syndrome Charity Cup.

Funds raised over those two years total $8500 and the Club is keen to add to that total in 2016.

This year the Cup will be played at Gibson Park on Sat 13th August against Pine Central Holy Spirit Hornets, gates open at 2pm. Brothers JRLFC are the holders of the Cup having defeated West Arana Hills Rugby League Football Club in 2015 and Pine Rivers Bears were the inaugural winners in 2014.

The winning Club will be presented with a replica Cup and a Medal will be struck and presented to the Player of the Match

A number of prizes have been donated for a monster raffle and tickets will be able to be purchased on the day. Donations can be made now online donations can be made at

Please ask for donation allocation to go to the Brothers JRLC Down Syndrome Charity Cup.
