Moorebank Rams Rugby League Club calls on players looking for an opportunity to play in the 2018 Sydney Shield Season.

The Moorebank Rams compete in the NSWRL Sydney Shield Competition and for 2018 have a pathway agreement with The Canterbury Bulldogs Intrust Super Premiership and Bulldogs Under 20’s.

Players seeking an opportunity are encouraged to send their Rugby League resume and any associated video highlights to the Head Coach, Brad Morrin, via In addition, the club will be holding open training/trial sessions on the 12th, 14th, 19th and 21st December 2017 commencing at 6 p.m. The meeting point for these sessions will be Hammondville oval. Match payment terms will be negotiated for successful Sydney Shield applicants. Moorebank Rams also field a team in the A Grade division of the Sydney Combined Competition. The A Grade side performed well in the 2017 season finishing a respectable 3rd. The club is looking at recruiting additional players for A Grade in an effort to strengthen or player roster. There will be opportunities in the 2018 season for selected A Grade players to play in the Sydney Shield side and as a result will attract match payments.
