Coaching the Female Athlete Seminar

Dear Coach,

The South East Queensland Division and the National Rugby League would like to provide an update for the upcoming “Coaching the Female Athlete” seminar to be held on Saturday 16th April & Sunday 17th April at CBUS Super Stadium on the Gold Coast.

This opportunity includes free accommodation at RACV Royal Pines on Saturday 16th, tickets to the Titans v Dragons game and a high quality array of presenters across the two days.

Presenters will include current state and national representative coaches, experts in coaching female athletes, and current NRL coaching staff.

This Coaching Seminar is for both men and women who are coaching in the SEQ Women and Girls competitions in 2016. The SEQ competition is widely regarded as the premier women’s competition in Australia.

The aim of this seminar is to upskill the coaches to improve the overall experience for the women and girls who are among some of the most dedicated participants within the game. We hope that your coaches see this as an opportunity to continue to improve themselves as coaches, their players, the SEQ competition and the female game as a whole.

This event will be FREE of charge for ONE coach from each registered team in 2016. To register, please follow the link below by 8th April 2016.

Spaces are limited, therefore we can only offer an opportunity for one coach per club. If you have more than one coach that wishes to attend, please email Keeown Rawnsley at krawnsley@nrl.com.au

Comment Guidelines: The SportsTG Network is made up of players, families and passionate sports followers like you who have a strong opinion about sport. That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand. So play fair and have fun, and thanks for your contribution.
