Sunshine Coast Secondary Schools Rugby League

 The Year 10 Sunshine Coast North/Central Districts Schools Rugby League competition has been a closely run affair. The Final will be played between. Caloundra State High School and Noosa and Districts State High School. The final will be played at Maroochydore Rugby League Club. The winner will take home the Keith Gibbs Shield.

The other schools to compete in the competition were Beerwah State High School and Maroochydore State School. NRL Development Officer Glen Dreger said "It is great to have the schools involved in Rugby League on the Sunshine Coast and teams really got involved which is awesome. NRL Development would like to thanks all the schools for their involvement as well as parents, teachers and volunteers who assisted with teams or the competition.

 

The Keith Gibbs Shield was won by Caloundra State High School. The final was hotly contested and Noosa and District State High School should be proud of their efforts to make the final. The NRL Development would really like to thank Murray Stanton for organising the competition.
