Lukie D came to our shores and gave a dynamic and very lively concert to a full house of approximately 2,000 people in the Samoa Sports Facilities Authority's Gym 1.  With the audience swaying and dancing to the beat, Luckie D gave an excellent show that saw young women screaming, shouting and just plain swooning and the young men jumping and dancing to the beat! 

Part way through the night, Lukie D came off the stage and made his way into the audience.  This got the crowd even more excited and they screamed even louder. The crowd jumped up out of their seats and immediately mobbed him.  Lukie D was clearly unprepared for the audience's very spirited and noisy reaction to his closeness.  They not only mobbed him, but he was surprised when girls screamed their approval, reached out for him, and almost tore off his clothes!  'I had to stop singing and hang on to my pants,' laughed Luckie D, after the show, clearly happy with the audience reaction.  Young men also ran behind him showing their approval by slapping him on the back.   All in all, it was a great concert for those that attended and for the people of Samoa.
