Vanuatu Rugby plays Fiji in Pacific Games quarter finals

Friday 10 July 2015: Vanuatu will play Fiji in one of the quarter final matches today at Port Moresby's grand Sir John Guise Stadium today. The boys in Black, Green & Gold had lost their first match 7 - 47 to neighbors New Caledonia on Wednesday 8 July. The following day on Thursday 11 July Vanuatu played three matches losing 2 and winning 1. First they were beaten by Tonga 47 - 7, then by the 2011 gold medalists Samoa 33 - 0. But the boys gave themselves something to maintain their "Vanuatu Still Smiles" slogan by beating Nauru 45 - 7. Today they play world class team Fiji in one of the quarter final matches at 1pm (2pm Vanuatu time) at the Sir John Guise Stadium.
