PNOC Annual General Meeting

The Palau National Olympic Committee Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday, 24th January at the Palau International Coral Reef Center Conference Room. The morning session was dedicated to reports from the President and Secretary General of the ongoing programs and projects that PNOC has been involved in for the past four years. In addition to the President and Secretary General’s reports, reports from the four commissions and program coordinators were reported and discussed; including Palau Women and Sport Commission, Medical Commission, Education Commission, Outreach Programs, Sports Awards Banquet and Sports Legacy. As we began a new Olympiad, so does the Palau NOC began anew. With the election of the Executive Board during the morning session, PNOC Member Federations reelected current Officers Frank Kyota as President, Bill Keldermans as Vice President, Laura S. Mangham as Secretary and Dr. Caleb as Treasurer. New to the Board are incoming Directors Alonz Moses representing Canoe, Ernestine Rengiil representing Tennis and Senator Regis Akitaya representing Athletics.  The afternoon session continued with reports from the National Federations.   Detailed reports of the National Federations, Commissions and Programs and PNOC can be found in the Publications and Reports Menu.

That's great - we want you to have your say and share your thoughts with the world. However, we have a few rules that you must follow to keep it fun for all. Please don't be rude, abusive, swear or vilify others. Apart from some pretty serious sport sanctions, we also can ban you and report you if things get out of hand.
