PNOC Recognizes Sports Heroes

The Palau NOC Board of Directors prepared framed medals of the recently concluded Micronesian Games and presented courtesy medals to Chokai Kloulubak, Coach for Swim Team 1969 Micronesian Games, Melachelbelau Wilhelm Rengiil, Coach for the Baseball Team 1969 Micronesian Games, and Etibek Sadang, also a baseball hero.   The Palau NOC Board and Staff visited the homes of these sports heroes and presented medals, Team Palau hats and memorabilia’s to the sports heroes and their families. The Palau NOC Sports Heroes programs is to ensure that young sports people now always remember those individuals that made sports programs what it is today. “Palau sports drives from the past, and we are here only to continue that pace and continue the legacy”, as told to the sports heroes by Palau NOC President, Mr. Frank Kyota.
