Debra Daniel takes 7 Gold & 6 Silver at 7th Micronesia Games

August 2010 - Pohnpei swimmer, Debra Daniel, successfully bagged 7 Gold and 6 Silver in the women's swimming competition at the 7th Micronesia Games held in Palau.  Results seen below:

Daniel, 19, was awarded the Overall Top Female Athlete for the games.  Daniel has represented the Federated States of Micronesia at the Beijing 2009 Olympics and has been awarded an Olympic Scholarship for Athletes for the London 2012 Olympics.
