Golden Oldies:
I have been heavily involved with the Golden Oldies Rugby team both for Ngatangiia Rugby Club and the Cook Islands National Team and still am very much a part of the teams today. I've greatly enjoyed my time in all sports I've particpated in.
Being part of a team sport not only makes you a team player on the field but also enables you to adjust to how you handle life in general, both mentally and physically. You take on challenges. And its up to you how you handle that challenge.
