Oceania visits potential 2020 pre-Games training sites

ONOC Secretaries General warmly welcomed by cities and towns .......

FASANOC SG, Lorraine Mar, is one of 6 regional Secretaries General, led by ONOC Secretary General, Rick Blas, currently in Japan to visit potential pre-2020 Olympic Games training venues.  Over the last week, the ONOC delegation have been hosted by Ryugasaki City and cities and towns of the Fukuoka Prefecture.

With the ONOC program completed, Lorraine has been joined by FASANOC Sports Development Officer, Makelesi Batimala for a site inspection program arranged by the Fiji Embassy in Japan.  The Embassy's Second Secretary, Kelera Savu is accompanying the FASANOC team over the next 3 days to Saga, Oita and Akita.
