Record Entries for Swimming

Record entries have been recorded for the SPG 2007 Swimming competition by close of entries on May 27 2007. A total of 11 countries are aiming to send competitors to the Games and compete in the best competition pool available inthe Pacific Region.

To date there are 83 men and 42 women, a total of 125 competitors, entered for the 40 events and medal opportunities available on the swimming program.

Tokelau and Marshall Islands are Countries that have not had a presence in swimming in the past.

A list of entries will be posted by the end of this week for the scrutiny of all countries and an opportunity given to check the eligibility of al competitors will close on June 27th 2007.

American Samoa     Fiji                    Guam

New Caledonia      Marshall Islands        Palau

Papua New Guinea   Samoa                   Tahiti    Tokelau
