Samoa girls lose again!

Jump Ball

Both teams have lost two games, both teams have had a significant win.  Samoa has been playing badly while Tahiti have been consistent with their games.  Tonight's game is easily unpredictable.  If Samoa continue to play consistently and Samoa continue to play like they have their first two games then this really is anyone's game.

Half way through the first quarter and Tahiti are showing their thirst for a win leading 12-3.  Samoa just aren't playing as a team.  Samoa continue to throw wild passes and missed shots.Continually there are open players but the Hawaii based players seem to prefer to pass between themselves, like there are only four players on the team.  Perhaps this could have attributed to their last tw losses.

Suzette Atoa comes off the court in the second quarter with a possible knee injury.  Samoa has already lost their captain to a knee injury while Salote is also out with what may be the flu.  At the end of the second quarter the score is 28-25, Tahiti in the lead.
Half way through the third quarter and Samoa is still down 27-37.  They continue to make horrible mistakes.  The frustration literally showing as Latoya Wily requests to come off the court visibly upset.

Half way into the fourth quarter and Samoa is trying to come back.  They are using more of their players but still making bad passes.  Three of Tahiti's players are fouled off in the fourth quarter as to was Artevia of Samoa.  Even with the loss of players Tahiti were able to clinch a win against Samoa 57-53.
