Match 10: Tuvalu vs Vanuatu

Vanuatu constantly found no answer to Tuvalu's pressure defence. Buzzetti rallied the changes at the break after no breakthrough was made, bringing on first choice striker Richard Iwai but to no avail.
For their entire attacking prowess, they had to rely on a fortuitous late strike from their defender, Manley Junior Tabe, to avoid embarrassment.
With two draws and a narrow in under their belt, the lead is sitting comfortably with Vanuatu after three rounds in Pool A action. The lack of goals scored will most certainly mean they will be hoping for other results which are out of their hands, to fall their way.
