Master bball reset in respect to Gilas Originals coach

The 2014 Filipino Master League basketball tournament rescheduled their games last Sunday to pay their respects to the passing away of the Gilas Originals headcoach Jun Apostolero.

Coach Jun Apostolero, who also coached the Aloha Maid Choppers in the Filipino Basketball League, passed away early Saturday due to cardiac arrest.

Filipino Masters League chairman Angel Salvador said that the games that were set for August 24 will be played on August 31 with contenders Gilas Originals is set to take their fifth straight victory as they take on a still winless Surangel and Sons team at 11 a.m.

In other games, MogMog Rats and Stars will meet WCTC Red Rooster at 12:30 p.m. as Kabalikat will face Melusch Dil at 2 p.m. while PPR All Stud will take on Mason’s Hardware in the main game at 3:30 p.m.
