WCTC beats RTRMI Crushersin Rudimch GBL

Using their third quarter surge, team WCTC managed to sneak past a tough RTRMI Crushers, 91-83 Friday night in the ongoing 2013 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.

Down 37-38 at the end of the first half, WCTC then outscored the Crushers with a 32-16 output to take over the lead at 69-54. From there, WCTC went all the way to score the win as Dedoch Kloulubak finished the game with 31 points as teammates Michael Bombita and Coco Gonzales chipped in 22 and 19 baskets, respectively.

On the other hand, Anthony Ngiraikelau topscored for the Crushers with 27 as Jay-Jay Nuqui added 22 on the losing end.

In other games, Hanpa Cardinals beat team ABC, 78-68; Island Rhythm won over MOF Omsangel, 20-0; PPR Shark Attack defeated PPR Stingray, 88-84; Surangel Kings outscored Sam’s Sharks, 95-79; and Neco won over Galaxy Builders, 20-0.

Wednesday night games will have team ABC versus Island Rhythm at 6 p.m. followed by the Hanpa Cardinals-MOJ Lawmen at 7:30 p.m. while WCTC will meet PPR Stingrays at 9 p.m.

Thursday night games will feature RTRMI Crushers against Galaxy Builders at 6 p.m. as Fish N’ Fins will test Surangel Kings at 7:30 p.m. while PRR Dragons will take on Mason’s Hardware in the night cap at 9 p.m.
