PHS B Tarantula nails win in Jr. ISL Varsity bball

Palau High School (PHS) team B Tarantula nailed a win after beating Emmaus High School (EHS) Squires, 47-43 Wednesday in the 2013 Inter-School League (ISL) Junior Varsity basketball league.

The win laced PHS B Tarantula in the winning column with a 1-1 card while EHS suffered its second lost for a 0-2 tally in the team standings.

In other games, PMA A Warriors won over EHS Squires, 74-39.

Games resume today with PHS team A against EHS at the PHS gym while PMA team B will meet PHS team B at the Palau National gym.

All games will start at 4 p.m. and teams are required to be on time. A total of five teams will vie for top honors and it include Palau High School teams A and B, Emmaus High School and Palau Mission Academy teams A and B.
