Meda Jrs meet Ngerchemai Jrs in 15U finals in KSG Youth cagefest

Team Meda Jrs is set on a collision course as they will face the Ngerchemai Jrs for the 15 and under division championship of the 2012 Koror State Youth basketball tournament at the Palau National gym.

Meda Jrs barged into the finals with a 2-1 win-loss record while Ngerchemai Jrs took a slot in the finals after taking a 3-0 card. Peched Jrs take third place after a 0-4 tally in the team standings.

Game time is set at 1 p.m. following the 18 and under consolation game at 12 noon.

In the 18 and Under division, the championship game is set at 2 p.m. as the teams are still playing it out in the playoffs as of this writing.

In the 18 and Under girls division, team Meda Girls took home the crown with their 2-0 victory against Ngerchemai Girls while Ngerchemai Kids and Meda Kids battle it out for the 12 and Under category with both teams locked at 1-1.

Awarding of prizes will follow after the championship games.
