Cellar dwellers meet in FBL Masters
Cellar dwellers team Kabalikat and Surangel and Sons will battle for pride as they collide Sunday in the resumption of the 2014 Filipino Master League basketball tournament at the Palau National gym.
Both teams are sporting identical 0-6 win-loss records and will take a different course after their 12:30 p.m. encounter. Set to lead team Kabalikat are Jun-Jun Sauro, Sonny Romana and brothers Isao and Jacob Valdepena.
On the other hand, Surangel and Sons will rely on their line up led by playing coach Rafael Paloma.
In other games, WCTC Powerball will face Mason’s Hardware in the curtain raiser at 11 a.m. This Sunday will be the last games for the elimination round and will determine the placing for all teams going to the quarterfinals.
