Neco humbles PRR Dragons in Rudimch GBL
Using their third quarter assault and fast breaks, team Neco managed to score a come from behind victory against the Palau Royal Resort (PRR) Dragons, 72-50 Friday night in the ongoing 2013 season of the Rudimch Enterprise Government/Business League at the Palau National gym.
After trailing behind 17-22 in the first canto, team Neco spurted a 14-6 run in the second to close the first half with a 31-28 lead. Neco then showed their run and gun style of play as they limited the Dragons to four points in the third as to their 22 to established a 53-32 advantage.
From there team Neco stood their ground as they went on to win the game with Arvin Pramo leading the way with 16 points as Joemar Naguit and Nico Hinoza normed 14 and 12 markers, respectively.
On the other hand, Prisley and Robar Roldan topscored for the Dragons with identical 11 baskets, in that order, on the losing end.
In other games, MOH Band Aid won over PPUC Electric Eel, 20-0; Sam’s Sharks defeated PPR Shark Attack, 106-87; KSG Royals bested PNCC Molekoi, 80-67; and MOF Omsangel downed MOH Band Aid, 64-63.
