The Warriors got away to a good start led by good play through Esi Ubedei, Colleen Gibbons and Lora Willter, but a solid contribution by Spiders guard Charmaine Lucas kept her team in the game to finish the first quarter just 3 points behind.   The second quarter was all even with a low score by both teams and at the long break the score was 27 to 25 in favor of the Warriors.

The lack of experience in the Spiders team saw them fall behind as Warriors Coach Rayson King had more depth on his bench and was able to rotate players to rest his starters.  For PHS Irorou and Mariah tried valiantly along with Charmaine, but the experience and fitness of the National players in Esi, Colleen and Lora proved far too strong.

In the consolation game for 3rd place, PHS B was too strong for the Mindszenty Lady Cardinals to win by 10 points.

The ISL Boys Varsity league will commence next week.
