GBC Receives $30,000 from FIBA

After applying for the FIBA Team Support Grant, Guam Basketball Confederation will be receiving $30,000 to help send teams off island to improve and develop basketball skills for the Junior National Teams who will hopefully continue with the Women's Team.

The funds will go towards sending the Junior National Teams to Philippines to traina and then to Australia for the Youth Championships as well as the 18u Girls' to Spain for the FIBA 3x3. Most of the funds will go towards airfare and accommodations.
