The 2011 AA Oceania Championship in Lloyd Elsmore/Auckland, New Zealand ended on Friday. Guam closed out the tournament with a 6-5 victory over host New Zealand, their first this week. The second game of the day and the last of the competition between Australia and New Zealand was called due to rain and unsafe playing conditions. Australia still celebrated first place with a perfect 5-0 record, clinching a spot at the IBAF U16 World Championship, which will be held in Mexico in August.
