CNMI Men's Basketball Point Guard
Chris Micer, plays for the CNMI (Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Island) also know as Saipan, as their point guard. As a young kid, Chris, he played both baseball and basketball.
"But basketball was my all-time favorite sport" said Chris.
During the whole game, Chris was focused on pressuring their defense strongly against their opponent, to make smart shots, and not to get too tired.
When asked what or who motivated him to play, he did not hesitate to answer.
"God and my teammates" says Chris.
His advice for the young generation of the future athletes, " Listen to your coach, train hard, and be on time for practice".
